Description
- Baseline® Sit n' Reach® Trunk Flexibility Box can be used to perform sit and reach flexibility tests
- Scales include: fitness, program, Cooper Institute/YMCA, AAHPERD
- Scales printed in inches and centimeters
- Made of sturdy powder-coated metal with a built-in foot plate and a maximum stretch indicator that remains until reset
- The deluxe model allows for the tests done with the standard model as well as modified Sit n' Reach® tests
- Modified testing protocols vary the scale start point; this normalizes scores to account for variation in the arm and leg length of the person being tested
- The center channel is locked into place when the start point has been determined
