- Computer controlled grinding, sharpening and polishing ensures consistently smooth incision properties
- Sterilized by Gamma radiation 2.5-RADS, and the blade is ultrasonically cleaned prior to packing
- Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper lining, leakage testing and an aluminum foil peal pack help insure quality and integrity when ready for use
- Blades are tested for rigidity to eliminate breakage and conform to ISO: 7740 (1995) & BS: 2982 (1986); each production lot is sampled and conforms to ISO 2859, inspection level (S4) AQL 1.0 & 2.5
