Made from premium quality Swiss Carbon steel and British stainless steel - Computer controlled grinding, sharpening and polishing, ensures consistently smooth incision properties - Sterilized by GAMMA radiation 2.5-RADS - A Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper lining, leakage testing, and an aluminum foil peal pack help insure quality and integrity when ready for use - Each production lot is sampled and conforms to ISO 2859, inspection level (S4) AQL 1.0 & 2.5 - Blade rigidity is tested to eliminate blade breakage - Blades conform to ISO: 7740 (1995) & BS: 2982 (1986) - Blades are ultrasonically cleaned prior to packing
