Where it Should Be Used
This medical grade cleaning disinfectant is safe for use clinical areas. Facilities that are commonly decontaminated with Envirocide include operating rooms, emergency rooms, patient care area, labs, NICU, veterinary offices, and dental operatories. It can also be used to effectively sanitize surfaces and instruments in clinical settings.
Decontamination
Envirocide disinfectant is efficient at killing hydrophilic and lipophilic viruses, fungi, and a variety of bacteria. In two minutes, it will disinfect MRSA, VRE, HBV, HCV, and Herpes Simplex Virus Types 1 and 2. In three minutes, it will disinfect BCG (TB), Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
Handling and Storage
Because Envirocide is an intermediate level disinfectant, proper handling and storage is required. It is a flammable liquid that should be kept away from flames and stored in a cool, well-ventilated area. Eyewear, gloves, and protective clothing is recommended, in order to avoid contact with the skin. Hands should be washed after use.
