You sent me the women's instead of the men's. When I wrote you about how to exchange them I never heard back from you. In addition to being the wrong size, it took you forever to ship the insoles. I would appreciate someone telling me how to exchange them but I also don't want to wait months to get the men's. You you tell me what we should do next.
