    we just received the unit 3 days ago due to your back order. When I first ordered the unit, I sent you a message making sure I ordered the knee pad. You did not respond anything back to me . I assumed I did order it. Dope, received the unit with no knee pad. My saving grace was from my unit that I bought 3 years ago. That units pump stopped working and had to order the new unit. Plus you demanded a doctors order. It was very hard to communicate to you . Poor service all the way through the order process.
