DJO Exos Thumb Splint Long Thumb Spica with Boa

Provides primary stabilization for the first metacarpalphalangeal (MCP) joint and first carpometacarpal (CMC) joints, as well as secondary support for the radiocarpal and radioulnar wrist joints. Provides stability for injuries to the base of the thumb at the CMC joint, such as Bennett’s or Rolando’s fractures, or to stabilize a painful CMC joint. Also useful for confirmed or suspected navicular (scaphoid) fractures, and for injuries or arthritis involving the trapezium or trapezoid bones of the wrist. Not made with natural rubber latex.

The ability to thermoform and custom fit the Brace to the patient's extremity ensures a comfortable fit.
Boa Fit System allows for quick adjustment in circumferential compression and can be locked with BOA Locking Ring.
Trim or adjust the thumb section to allow better IP flexion.

Poor Customer Service/Delivery

I ordered this item on 3/9/26 and paid almost $70 for expedited shipping. The item was not delivered until 3/16/26. I needed the item expedited because I was leaving town and needed it before I left. I called customer service on 3/12/26 and I was assured that the delivery would be by Friday, 3/13/26. That did not happen. I had to cancel my order and the item was rerouted back to the company. I still have not received my $314.79 refund.
