I did not recieve the splint I ordered and paid for thru Grayline Medical. I received a different splint that is of no use to me. I’ve explained this repeatedly to Grayline including sending purchase confirmation. They claim since I cannot find the shipping packaging they can not accept a return even though they have the shipping details!! This is absurd and extremely damaging to their business and DeRoyale Medical. Obviously my credit card company will support me given the emails back and forth. I don’t have to prove anything. But also my wife owns a digital marketing agency and one of these services is helping helping businesses restore their reputation. This can also be used in reverse. There’s a principle that matters more than the money to us. We believe DeRoyal made the mistake and Grayline is not living up to expected business standards including integrity and fairness. So both companies will be addressed. Before we take these next steps is there anything you might be able to help us with a return authorization so that we may receive a full refund to our payment method? $210.00. Seems a very small expense compared to the reputation of a business. Thoughts?
