Says in stock but it's actually back ordered

I ordered a Corflex Shoulder Abduction Pillow with Sling because Grayline said it was in stock. 10 days later I still had not received a notice of shipping, so I called. I was informed that the sling was on Back Order and would be another 2 to 3 week wait. I ask why their website still said in stock today, The representative seemed genuinely confused by that information. After the representative checked they said the website would be corrected. I was promised a refund in 2 to 3 business days.
