Basic walker, no seat.

Received a basic walker, without a seat. I requested a replacement. The gave me a partial refund and told me to buy a seat. I looked around, couldn't find one, and told them so. They told to contact the manufacturer. I did and the manufacturer told me it couldn't be done. I provided that information to Grayline and they told me I had to formally request a return. I did so and they failed to follow up. I've had good service in the past. Is this their new normal?
