    Great stand. Communication needs improvement

    The actual product (CYC stand) arrived amazingly intact despite the box looking like it was in a fight. Communication from the company could be better. The item just randomly arrived one day. No tracking information was ever received and there was no notification that it was being shipped out. Plus, the addressee information was incorrect, so the staff in Receiving had difficulty knowing where to drop off the package. Other than all that, the stand was exactly what we needed to create a respiratory etiquette station. Would highly recommend!
