Took over 2 months to receive my order

It took over 2 months to receive my order. Three weeks after placing my order, I reached out and inquired on its status and learned that it was backordered. I was told it would be shipping in 7-10 days. I never received any follow up communication and didn’t receive my order for another 6 weeks.
