I’ve been using same one for almost a year — still the right level and stays in place.

I started to use the Bird and Crolin Level-Right heel lift by chance — forgot how I even came across it. I used it for a couple of years, but the size was too wide for the shoes I was now wearing; so, I cut it down! I then decides to purchase an appropriate size. I saw on the web that there is another brand that looks just like it at half the price that my local pharmacist also carried. I went to compare and easily determined that despite the web appearance, it was very evident that the Bird and Cronin level at twice the price was significantly better quality — I seemingly well worth the extra cost. ALL other lifts I’ve used from several manufactures ALWAYS slipped in my shoes , then having to loosen the ties to kick the lifts back in place to only do it again — even when placing underneath thin, dress shoe liners. And those all compressed to half their original thickness within 3 months (also high quality expensive one from Germany lasting well over a year) — one or two others no longer than 4. With the Bird and Cronin, I”m still using them for well over a year — YES, a year with little to no lost in height and the one under a the German-make leather dress shoe sole insert has NOT slipper one bit. I see a chiropractor every few months as one leg is shorter that the other — so the lift is mandatory for me — my doctor loves them — comments on the quality and impressed that it does not slip. Stepping both feet apart onto two scales, the one lift continues to place me square even on both scales thus compensating for my shorter leg — keeping that balance for over 9 months. Its been heavily sweated upon during the very humid and rainy summer months in Northern VA .. and through the winter months. This is the only lift I will ever use and likely purchase once yearly. I highly recommend several for numerous shoes.
