After searching many places on the web for this item I found Grayline medical.com to be a reliable source and getting me this item. And I was searching and searching all over the web to try to find a reasonably priced replacement for what I had. The customer service was excellent. When I ask questions they answered it before I even made my order which made me feel a little bit more comfortable since it's my first time making an order from this company. Usually you just get something just thrown in a bag and sent to you. this was in a small box pack with big giant bubbles to make sure the item arrived safely . The box is made out of cardboard heavy duty cardboard it probably would had lasted a 6 ft drop test. no damage to the item inside since it was sent FedEx they do care a little bit more about your packages being delivered to you promptly. You pick how fast and when it gets delivered. IN one piece which is also greatly appreciated.
