- Workstation includes CoolBox 2XT system, automation-compatible CoolRack XT M24 to hold 24 1.5 mL or 2.0 mL microfuge tubes and automation-compatible CoolRack PCR96 to hold a 96-well PCR plate or strip-well or tubes
- Easily transfer samples from the CoolBox 2XT cooling workstation to the robotic platform or other instrument for brief cold processing
- Ideal for preparing RNA and for q-PCR, dPCR, or ddPCR reactions
- Applications include qPCR, dPCR, ddPCR, RNA assays, reverse transcription, nuclease protection and characterization of siRNA, ncRNA, rRNA
