- The combination of LK2H10 and PHE5 is specifically designed for sensitive detection of Chromogranin A in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues
- Chromogranin A is present in neuroendocrine cells throughout the body
- It has been shown that Chromogranin A is an excellent marker for carcinoid tumors, pheochromocytomas, paragangliomas and other neuroendocrine tumors
- Chromogranin A may be a useful tumor marker to aid in predicting the extent of neuroendocrine differentiation and the time to recurrence in prostate cancer
