Fractured back

I wore this brace for 12 weeks continuously. I had a L3 Burst fracture and a L4 fracture of my spine. This brace is supposed to prevent bending your back. The bad thing is this brace tends to slide up so you don't have the support in the lower lumbar where I needed it and you can still bend somewhat. A thoracic fracture it would work wonderful for. It still worked well for me with my fracture because of the lack of mobility it provides and keeps your spine in alignment. Comfort wise, I think it provides as much comfort as you can have for a lumbar type fracture, although the burst fractures are the most painful of them all. I would recommend this brace.
