Poor Communication, shipping label was wrong, item on backorder

I was given the item link from our Surgeon to the Grayline site, and placed an order. After a month, I reached out, didn't hear anything, but the second time I reached out I was told it was shipping that week. Nothing arrived. I reached out again, and was told the item was on backorder, which I wish had been stated from the start. Apparently they had to order it directly from Armedica. I threatened to cancel the order since I had been waiting close to two months for it, but they begged for two more weeks. I then received the item a week later. The label had a completely wrong name on it, and we almost refused delivery because we had no one with that name. 24 hours later, I received an email with the shipping notification, after I had received the item.

Next time, I'll just order direct from Armedica, as it will probably arrive faster. Not going to order anything from this site again.
