This expanded communication system is a unique device with five different picture cards with symbolic representations of familiar items and conditions in five different languages: English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian. Each multi-purpose card has nine images and can be used to help increase vocabulary, help non-English clients communicate and encourage story telling. Cards are also helpful in teaching picture symbol identification for those with mild cognitive and language impairments. Can be used in short or long term situations.
