CMCcare Thumb Brace is contoured to support the joint of the thumb, or CMC joint, without limiting the wrist or the ulnar of your hand. This makes it perfect for those with arthritis and instability. It is designed to eliminate pressure from the web space, maximizing finger movement. The embedded stay can be manipulated to best fit the shape of your hand. To make sure you have optimal stabilization, measure your thumb across the large knuckle and also from the wrist crease to the large knuckle while your hand is in a fist.

Comfort

This thumb brace can be adjusted and fit in many ways to make sure that your thumb is not just as stable as it can be, but also as comfort as it can be. The edge of the splint can be formed with the use of a spot heater and a spoon to fit the unique curves of your thumb. You can add silicon gel to the inside of the brace for a better feel. Adjust and cut the strap for a more snug fit.

Durability

The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) should last you years, even with consistent usage. It is latex-free and is stain and abrasion resistant. The brace can be machine washed or hand washed safely.
